In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All tags and labels must be intact.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions:

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our policy:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants cannot be returned.
  • Custom products or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Personal care goods, including beauty products, cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable.

Refunds:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The same conditions for return mentioned above apply.
